Other Smoked Produce

Contract smoking of customers own produce is available. Request information.

HOT Smoked: The produce is cooked and ready to eat.

COLD Smoked: The produce requires cooking for normal timings.

All products should be consumed within 2 days of opening the vacuum seal.

Smoked Anglesey Eggs per pack (half dozen) Quantity	Free range eggs from local farms are kept refrigerated for 3 to 4 days prior to boiling and then cold smoked. A special variation on the famous Anglesey Eggs recipe. These are also extremely suitable for inclusion in game, pork pies and Scotch eggs.
Smoked Caws Llyn Cheese per kg Quantity	Slabs of selected mature Caws Llyn cheddar cheese are cold smoked for exposures to customers preferences and vacuum packed in 100gm increments. Ideal in sandwiches, salads, pizzas or Welsh rarebit.
Smoked Garlic per bulb Quantity	Large bulbs of Spanish garlic are cold smoked to provide a totally different taste when finely chopped over salads.
Smoked Tomatoes per fruit Quantity	The cold smoked tomatoes are ideal for making a sensationally different tomato soup or served with salads.
